At Trademaster, we stand behind the quality of our home improvement products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your renovation project is supported by a seamless and fair exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Trademaster account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized home fixtures.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
